Palacio Guaqui by Ananay Hotels is located within the historical center in Arequipa, being part of the valuable monumental complex declared UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site in the year 2000. This old colonial mansion was the manor house of the Count of Guaqui from the 19th century until the 20th century.
From the beginning, our mission was to restore this mansion while respecting its original construction and the environment to the fullest. With this goal in mind, in Ananay Hotels we have performed the restoring process using innovative and sustainable techniques with the aid of Peruvian artisans, achieving the original structure of the mansion remains intact.
