Projects

Currently, we are expanding our boutique hotel in Lima, Villa Barranco, thanks to the acquisition of the adjoining property, which allows us to double the number of rooms.

Additionally, we are developing two new projects that excite us, one in Arequipa and another in Cusco. We plan to restore an old house in Cusco, located in Plaza Nazarenas, while in Arequipa we have already obtained the restoration license for a colonial gem, a house from 1736. We are lovers and respectful of Peruvian heritage and history. Our main goal is always to rescue old, often forgotten houses and return them to their original splendor, all with 100% Peruvian capital and supported by the expert hands of great artisans and professionals.

We have a wise hand in the Peruvian artisan. We need to value in Peru how thousands of years of wisdom in pottery and construction throughout the history of Peru are still reflected today when a house needs to be restored, whether it’s restoring an adobe wall or cleaning a stone wall in Cusco. We only buy demolition wood, which also adds value to everything we have to build or restore. And of course, we never use Shihuahuaco wood, a tree that needs at least 300 years to be usable.
